Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of my services. By accessing and using my services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

​

Virtually Together offers personalised business support services, including but not limited to:

​

  • Personal Assistant Services

  • Social Media Management

  • Podcast Management

  • Website Management

  • Email Campaigns

  • Systems and Operations Support

2. Client Responsibilities

​

To ensure the successful delivery of my services, clients are expected to:

​

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.

  • Respond promptly to requests for information or approval.

  • Notify me of any changes to their business needs or circumstances.

​

3. Payment Terms

​

  • Services are billed according to the package selected or hourly rates agreed upon.

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be made within 14 days.

  • For hourly services, bundles of 5, 10, 15, and 20 hours are available. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • A retainer fee is always applied to account for holidays and ensure continuous support.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

​

  • Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 14 days' written notice.

  • Refunds for prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with any work already completed being deducted from the refund amount.

  • Virtually Together reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to meet payment obligations or breaches these terms and conditions.

5. Confidentiality

​

  • I acknowledge that during the course of providing services, confidential information may be disclosed by the client. I commit to maintaining the confidentiality of such information and not disclosing it to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

​

  • All materials, content, and work created by Virtually Together during the provision of services remain my intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their intended purpose.

​

7. Limitation of Liability

​

  • Virtually Together will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of my services.

  • My total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or relating to my services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

8. Governing Law

​

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

​

9. Amendments

​

  • Virtually Together reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

​

10. Service Area

​

  • Virtually Together provides services to businesses located in Australia and New Zealand only.

​
