I’m Catherine. I was born in the UK, but I’ve been living in Australia since I was nine, so I like to think of myself as having the best of both worlds. I’m a Leo, and if you know anything about astrology, that means I’m full of energy and always up for a challenge. As a Manifesting Generator, I love taking on multiple projects and making things happen.

I’m also a proud mum of two beautiful kids, a wife, a dog lover, and someone who loves nothing more than a day at the beach or a cozy movie night. I bring that same nurturing and compassionate vibe into everything I do, whether it’s at home or in my business. Helping others isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. Supporting people to succeed is what lights me up, and it’s at the heart of everything I do in my business.
With over a decade of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Business Support specialist across Australia, I’ve built a reputation as a reliable partner—a dynamic force that businesses can truly depend on.

My journey as a business owner has been incredibly rewarding. As I near the 12-month mark since launching my own business, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to support 19 businesses across Australia and New Zealand in various industries. From marketing to systems and processes, I’ve provided high-level strategic support that helps business owners identify bottlenecks, streamline their operations, and take their business to new heights—all while freeing up their time to focus on what they do best.

Before launching my own business, I gained extensive experience in the corporate world. I spent 10 years in financial planning and another 5 years in the real estate industry, holding executive assistant, personal assistant, and business operations roles. I managed systems, processes, and marketing, building teams and ensuring everything ran smoothly at a high level so business owners could focus on growth. I’ve worked for one of Australia’s biggest banks at their head office, where I honed my communication skills and developed a knack for problem-solving—a skill that has been invaluable throughout my career.

What sets me apart is my dedication to truly understanding each business I work with, whether it’s a large corporation, a medium-sized enterprise, or a startup. I’m a big problem solver and a doer. I don’t give up until a solution is found.
